Love is in the air at Holly Tree! 

Though we share the love everyday, 

February really brings out the "special"! 

It all starts with our Holly Tree teachers. 

They are creative, enthusiastic, and loving, and 

it shows everyday in every way! 

This excerpt from Early Childhood News, 

an early childhood teacher resource, gives an idea of how 

important young children's environments are:

   "Jessica, age four, enters her new preschool classroom for the very first time. She looks around and tries to determine what happens in this space? Does she belong here? Will it be an interesting place to spend her days? Will she be supported as she grows and develops?Jessica will discover the answers through her interactions with the physical environment of her classroom. If she spends her day in an effectively designed environment, Jessica will be physically, emotionally, aesthetically, and intellectually nurtured. This appropriate environment can maximize her intellectual potential and provide a foundation for the development of her emotional security."

 Soccer Shots!

Our Fitness Fanatic Theme continues with our first on site class with Soccer Shots!

Children work in small groups with their teacher and a specially trained Soccer Shots instructor. The class goal is fitness and fun! Much fun was had by children and teachers alike; we can't wait for next week! Soccer Shots is coming every Tuesday, and it's not too late to sing up. Just visit:

Publix is a great place to drop in for a visit, and they offer great things

for children. We took our School Agers on a field trip last summer and it was awesome!

Holly Tree Christian Preschool

At Holly Tree, we believe in good health!

Part of establishing healthy habits and a 

healthy lifestyles depends on exercise; 

and the sooner the start the better.

That's why our January theme is 

Fitness Fanatics! Your're never too

young (or too old!) to be healthy!

Because exercise for children involves lots of fun activities, 

we're happy to announce that

Soccer Shots 

is coming to Holly Tree!

Soccer Shots is a kid-friendly, non-competitive, indoor/outdoor

soccer program for children. We're excited to partner with this

fabulous organization in our Fitness Fanatics quest!

They came by and hosted a Fun Day and 

lots of fun was certainly had by all:

Soccer Shots will be on site for Holly Tree students every Tuesday during

the winter season starting January 13th. For more information contact
